Design process
1. Choose your design package and complete your purchase Select the option that best fits your needs:
- 2 to 3 designs
- 4 to 6 designs
At checkout, remember to provide your name and phone number so we can contact you.
2. Send us your space details Once your purchase is complete, we need you to send us the following information to begin the design process:
🧾 Your purchase details: Full name, Order number, Email address, Phone number.
📐 Space details: Exact measurements of the area to be designed, Clear photos of the space, Models or styles of artificial foliage you'd like to see in your rendering.
❗ Important: The rendering is created only for the area to be decorated with foliage, based on the photo you provide.
We do not modify external areas or add furniture, decorative objects, or any elements unrelated to the vertical garden design.

Send us your information3. Render creation Based on the information provided, we will create two design proposals for your space.
4. Review and adjustments If you’d like modifications, you can request up to three revisions to fine-tune your design.
5. Final delivery and material recommendations Once the final design is approved, we will provide you with your design along with a quote for the necessary materials, including waste calculation for efficient installation.
6. Foliage purchase If you decide to purchase the foliage to make your design a reality, we can put together your custom package with the exact recommended quantity.
We will send you a payment link so you can complete your purchase quickly and safely.
Important product details
Our panels are shipped in their original size of 20 in x 20 in.
To give you complete freedom when installing them, we do not ship the panels pre-cut. This way you can make the necessary adjustments to your space and achieve the best result.

FAQ about material Surplus
What happens if I have leftover material after installing the vertical garden?
It’s common to make cuts or adjustments to the panels during installation. If you have leftover material in good condition after completing the project, you can return it. To be eligible for return, the material must meet certain conditions to ensure it can be reused: it must be complete, in its original 20 in x 20 in size, uncut and unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Can I return leftover panels after using them?
No. We only accept returns of complete panels, undamaged, in their original size (20 in x 20 in), and that have not been handled beyond basic handling.
Who covers the shipping costs for returning leftover panels?
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. Green Warehouse does not assume costs for transportation, handling, or customization.
Will I receive a refund for the returned products?
Yes. Once we receive the material and confirm it meets the return requirements, we will issue a partial refund based on the cost of the returned products. This refund does not include shipping costs or additional services.
How should I pack the leftover panels for return?
It is essential that the panels are returned complete (20 in x 20 in), in their original packaging, and without any alterations. Make sure to protect them properly during packaging to prevent damage during transit.
How long does the verification and refund process take?
Once we receive the material, our quality team will inspect each panel. The entire process may take between 10 to 15 business days from the moment the products are received.
