Shipping Policy

At Green Warehouse, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.

Warehouse Location:
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Mission, Texas.

Processing Time:
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Once this process is complete, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Times:
Currently, we offer standard shipping. The estimated delivery time ranges from 3 to 9 business days, depending on the recipient's location.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and selected delivery option. Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package on our tracking page.

Delivery Delays:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us to verify the status with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, peak seasons, or logistical issues with the shipping company.

Incorrect or Undelivered Addresses:
Please ensure that you enter the correct address when placing your order. We cannot make address changes once the order has been shipped. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or undelivered address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
