Refund policy

At Green Warehouse, we are committed to offering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, follow these steps:
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. To do so, contact our customer service team and include the following information:
• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Reason for return
• Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

If your request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning the item.
Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from our online store Green Warehouse US. If you purchased a product through a wholesaler or authorized distributor, you must manage the return with them.

Conditions for Accepting a Return
To ensure your return is approved, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including labels, accessories, manuals, and documentation. If the item is defective or was sent incorrectly, you can request a replacement or a full refund.
We do not accept returns of personalized products, items that have been damaged due to mishandling, or products that do not have their original packaging. If the returned product is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or refund request.

Return of Surplus Custom Products
If you purchased a custom artificial foliage design (professional render) and have surplus material that you cannot use, you have the option to return that surplus to Green Warehouse. The surplus must be returned in its original condition, unused, with the packaging intact, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Additionally, the foliage panel must be returned with the same measurements as delivered (20 x 20 cm), without cuts, alterations, or missing leaves. All pins must be covered, and the product should not have any stains or visible damage. The customer must cover the return shipping costs for the surplus material, which will be reviewed by our team to determine if it meets the acceptance conditions. Once the surplus is received and verified, a portion of the product cost will be refunded, excluding any shipping, handling, or customization fees.

Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the product, we will begin the refund process, which may take between 7 and 14 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase, and for credit or debit card payments, the time for the refund to be credited depends on your bank's processing times.
If the return is for a defective product, the full purchase amount will be refunded. For returns of non-defective items, the refund will not include shipping or handling costs.

Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, personalized products, items that have been damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation, products without their original packaging, products purchased through wholesalers or distributors, incorrect orders placed by the customer, and returns without proof of purchase. Additionally, returns of products that have been cut, have missing leaves, do not have the pins covered, or are stained or visibly damaged will not be accepted.
Green Warehouse reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact our customer service team via our contact page and provide:
• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Photos or videos of the defective product (if applicable)
• Complete delivery address
• Contact phone number

In some cases, you may be required to provide visual evidence before processing a replacement or refund.

Cancellations and Modifications
You can modify or cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you will have the option to request a return following our standard process.
