How are the panels packaged?
Each artificial foliage panel is carefully packed at our warehouse in Mission, Texas, to preserve its shape and quality. Most models are shipped flat and fully assembled, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition without deformation.
Panels from the Elite Collection, which feature a 3D design, are gently folded to fit inside the box. This is done with care, allowing the foliage to expand naturally once unpacked.
All panels are secured inside reinforced cardboard boxes, with protective layers of foam, cardboard, or bubble wrap to prevent movement, pressure, or moisture damage during transit.
Before packing, each panel is visually inspected to verify foliage density, alignment, and overall presentation. All panels are shipped dust-free and ready to install.
