How we ship artificial hedge panels: Packaging, timing, and delivery guide

January 27, 2025 Green Warehouse

Buying artificial foliage panels online shouldn't be a mystery. One of the most common questions we receive is: How exactly does the product arrive? In this blog, we'll walk you through our full shipping process so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with Green Warehouse. From panel preparation to packaging and delivery, we make sure every step guarantees quality, protection, and customer satisfaction.

How are the panels packaged?

Each artificial foliage panel is carefully packed at our warehouse in Mission, Texas, to preserve its shape and quality. Most models are shipped flat and fully assembled, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition without deformation.

Panels from the Elite Collection, which feature a 3D design, are gently folded to fit inside the box. This is done with care, allowing the foliage to expand naturally once unpacked.

All panels are secured inside reinforced cardboard boxes, with protective layers of foam, cardboard, or bubble wrap to prevent movement, pressure, or moisture damage during transit.

Before packing, each panel is visually inspected to verify foliage density, alignment, and overall presentation. All panels are shipped dust-free and ready to install.

What does the shipping box look like?

All orders are shipped in industrial-grade cardboard boxes, designed for strength, safe handling, and efficient stacking. While dimensions vary slightly by model, each box follows a consistent and protective format.
